1) Natural materials are used in the manufacturing of these concrete products.  Color variations are to be expected.  We cannot guarantee color, and will not be responsible for variations.

2) Reproduction of color photographs may  vary.  For actual color please obtain a sample of the chosen product.

3) Efflorescence is a natural occurring process in concrete products that we cannot be responsible for.

4) All dimensions in this website and literature are nominal and approximate.

5) Minor imperfections in block are to be expected.  Minor cracks, scratches and chipping due to manufacture or shipping is not grounds for rejection.

6) Responsibility for claims is strictly  limited to the purchase price of the material, no compensation for the cost of labor will be included.
